Both floors $600
Kitchen Use $50
Funeral Dinner $110 (bottom floor)

deposit & a
signed contract
is required to
reserve your
date. The
remaining rental
fee is due
before the
reserved day. A
$100 key
deposit fee is
also required,
which will be
refunded after the key is returned. Cancellations are

non refundable.
